Every new client at StableBody begins with a short introductory call. This gives us a chance to understand your goals, discuss your training history, and determine whether our approach is the right fit for you.

If it is, you'll be invited to attend a complimentary private Movement Session, where you’ll experience our training approach firsthand.

  • A short phone conversation where we discuss your goals, training background, and any injuries or limitations. This helps us determine how StableBody can best support you.

  • After the call, you’ll be invited to attend a complimentary private Movement Session at the studio. This session introduces the core training principles used at StableBody and gives you a chance to experience the environment and coaching approach before committing to ongoing training.

  • Following the session, you’ll have the option to purchase class packs and begin regular training.

    Our flexible class packs allow you to train consistently without long-term contracts.
